He "came out" because his foreign lover that he got a job with his Homeland Security department (which he was under-under-UNDER-qualified for) was supposedly going to come out himself. This was politics through and through people, and its politics that hes waiting until Nov 15th so that the people of NJ can decide who they want to lead them.
