I have a feeling that most of you guys dont really even know what it is, so ill try to explain it...
Someone makes a geocache with a buncha crap and pretty much useless stuff (except a friend of mine found a german ww2 medal in one), and then they go to geocaching.com and put the long and lat into the site, and someone else can find it via the long and lat (this is where a GPS unit comes in handy). and then once uve found it, you can take something out and put something in and usually you can sign a log book there if they have one.
