pick up a 2400+ or a 2500+ and a shuttle an35n for pretty cheap, will perform well
that motherboard has 2 onboard USB, onboard 5.1, onboard lan, and comes with a 2 port USB card thing
memory... crucial is probably the best in the cheap range
if that proc is too much, grab a 1700 or even a 1400 and OC them.
