I've understood the above to mean the equivalent of

5a + 2b - 3c = -5
-4a - 4c = 20
-3a - 5b - 5c = 53

after manipulation of the matrices, in which case the problem solves for
A = -1
B = -6
C = -4

I can post the entire solution if you want.
