Last thing i read on duke was they once again gutted the engine and had started everything from scratch over a year ago. They obviously want the game to be good but jesus christ its had about 3 engine changes and 2 complete rewrites from what ive read on numerous forums over the years. Few months ago i read broussard saying that when its out the new cards wont be able to run it at any res over 1280x1024 or something like that, probably shitty coding as opposed to killer graphics though.
