Then I guess you won't get a chance to enjoy a good game.

Personally I can't see how lack of blood and gore would be the only issues from preventing me from buying a game? I mean, if we were to....say......make the germans turn into flower pots and building blocks when they die, then yeah I could consider your point. But when you shoot a German in the head, his head still jerks back, his body falls limp to the floor, just like in real life. The behavior is exactly as if they got shot there. The only difference is you don't see his brains go splattering against the wall behind him. If that's a big hang-up for you, and you feel that you have to see blood in order to make the game enjoyable (ignoring the fun gameplay and feel of the game that will still be there), then I guess you won't be playing MOHAA.
