It's called "Poutine", a french-canadian artery clogger. REALLY good.
Basically, it's fries, cheese curds, and some sort of gravy/sauce. Here in Ontario, they just use gravy, but I think they have a special recipe sauce in Quebec for authentic poutine.
I know altogether too much about poutine. I'll stop now. biggrin:
