Easy answer to the FF question is like others have said, team kill so many teams and you are banned from the server. To keep people from just logging back in, have the game hold the IP, and disallow someone to relog back in with that IP. Of course, someone can log off, with a non-static IP, and log back on, and get in. Maybe some kind of MOH:AA game ID should be used, to better identify problem children.

I like FF, more realistic. However, too many kids (not necessarily true teens/kids, as I've known adults to do this childish stuff) ruin a realistic game.

About the game statistics for kills (that's just what I call it). I say keep track of them. In fact, I'd love to see both individual statistics, such as bullets used, percentages, etc. I'd also like to see a seperate stat for squads, if possible. However, keep it all a secret. Don't tell the players how well they are doing, until the end of the game, or until a map switch. Then, at the end of the game, when it's over, all your information is posted for you to see. This could even be information for you only...to keep braggers from saying, look, see, I told you that I'm a l337 znipr with 157 kills! (groan).

Keep it a secret, with only your stats shown, and no one elses. Of course, a screen capture could be used, but after the game, who really cares how well you did?

I do like stats, however, and I think they are useful, but I do hate kill-whores (sorry for the language, my own personal term), who only worry about how many guys they kill, and don't work as a team.
