Alas, you'll probably get nothing other than the character physically reacting to the bullet . It all depends upon how they split up the body region areas (the bounding boxes that are actually used for the hit detection). So for example, there's an upper and a lower arm region you can hit. Well, if a guy has his sleeve pulled up a bit on the skin, but that's enclosed around the lower arm region, then you'll get a dust hit anywhere in that region. This method is used for it's speed due to the high-poly characters that we have. You could normally do a per-poly detection method, but to sort through several thousand would be a CPU hog whenever someone got hit.
