Record him, tell your mom if she doesnt believe you(dont show her the video yet), then tell the cops about it, after that start a fight with him wait like about one week(if he beats you up.. "child abuse" call the cops. Dont tell them you started the fight tell them that he was screaming at you or your sister make something up that makes him look like a criminal) After that you will have enough evidence to put his motha@#%@A$$ in jail.
