Ok, try this theory on for size. Powell decides to run for Pres in '08 so he makes his move now to distance himself from the middle east fiasco.

I think he's up to something.

Oh, and one more theory. How 'bout Powell vs Clinton for the Whitehouse in '08. We'd have to decide between a black man or a female....thats would make for a real interesting situation.....what do you think?
