HP = POS. thats what we use at our business, and they suck shit. only reason we have them is cuz the desktops are quiet. a few months ago, we ordered a pavilion and the hdd was dead, we got a replacement and that one was dead too, took 3 more weeks to get it fixed. also, all their tech support is from india and its impossible to understand them half the time. gg hp
