im pretty sure that it says on the back of ticket " not liable for injury or harm inflicted during the game " but i could be wrong . i remember a fan getting hit with a bat and he tried to sue the team but he ended up with nothing but a busted lip , no fan should hit any player , but the players have to learn self-restraint . IMO
