Looks like a Colt XM177E1 to me. I mean, look at the little thing just above and to the front of the trigger. That doesnt exist on the M4-series as far as I know, only in the XM/CAR-series. Kind of like this:

(Note: Thats a Colt Commando, but its an 'offspring', or w/e, from the XM/CAR-type rifle)
