Hmm ...

Give me the IP information (IP, subnet and gateway) for your adsl nic, host
wireless and client wireless cards. I think your client may not have a gateway
of last resort or simply doesn't know where to send the packets...

One more thing: a wireless router would make your life easier. A single point of
administration while the client pc's wireless only has to worry about being on the
proper channel with the right keys. You could get rid of your host wireless card...
