Of course the war wasn't fun (mostly, remember the VD rate was up to 20% of enlisted men, at times). The game is for fun. And, in my, admittedly, self-centered way, I maximize my own fun. I really don't think that I detract, a significant amount of fun, from my online enemies. They just die a little more often than they'd like!
