What the heck is wrong with the schools these days? You get one "swat"??!?!?!! When I was in school they took at paddle with holes in it (decreases wind resistance, increases pain) and beat the crap outa your butt. 20-30 whacks, as hard as the teacher (usually the football coach was the designated paddler) could swing it. One swat is punishment? Puhleese!
