when i get off my lazy ass and take the picture. Popeyes came from the ghetto in New Orleans. When they found out that black people liked it they decided to open another store in the richer naighborhoods. White people liked it just as much. When they figured out that both black and white people liked it they decided to open it as a chain. And it is better than KFC.
