Seriously there are some mad bastards that phone. the worst shift is 1am till 7am when the drunks come home to order pr0n on the tv (i work for a cabletv/phone/broadband company) and you tell em its the wrong dept:
for example:
There is a 10 min freeview over here on those channels and it isnt very strong but........
Me: sorry this is the net tech help you need cust services
Cust: mild grunts
Me: do you want their number?
Cust:hold on while i uggh ugh write it down
Me: errrrrrrrr ok you got a pen??
Cust: uurrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrgh ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!
