Ok first you need a text editor like notepad. Then download any old realism mod. Go through the folders changing the weapon damage to what you want it to be. Then download the jedi mod which has the code for a semi-auto sniper rifle and paste it into your mod. pak it all up (makue sure you give credit to who ever's mod you use to make yours) and you done.
