Alliedassault - View Single Post - How to change messages on the server?????

ok i go into pakscape and change the localization files, i save it, open it back up and it didn't save. So what am I supposed to do to get it saved and I noticed their are 2 localization files, one is in pak0 and pak6, so which one do I change
