Thats not that bad. My dad has spit into a customer service guy's face when he bought a Rototiller, and returned it the next day, and the CS guy said that it had already expired warranty (THE NEXT DAY...?) and they got into this huge argument, as the manager kept trying to convince my dad that it only had a one day warranty. This was at Sears, BTW.
