Police said the girl had wandered away from her parents. She went into the restroom, where she said she was touched inappropriately by a stranger. Investigators said the girl told her parents sometime after she got home.

"The little girl is fine but obviously this is a traumatic situation that we would not wish on anyone," said Fairfax County police spokesman Bud Walker.

Police said the attacker is described as an adult white male between 5 feet 5 inches and 6 feet tall, thin build with straight black hair and a mustache and wearing a green and white jacket.

Investigators are reviewing surveillance video from the toy store, hoping this will aid them in their investigation. Meanwhile police said they would like to speak to anyone who was in the store between 6 and 7 p.m., Saturday evening.
