I'm going to have to disagree with you on this one. The criminal mind isn't normal like the rest of us. They'll find it an "honor" to have their mug plastered all over their turf. They'll feel famous for shooting someone and may just do so for the notoriety of it.
....as for the "John", that probably would work because most of them are just seeking an unattached romp with some girl......keeping their home life seperate from the sexcapade. Plastering their face all over the city will not only humiliate them, it'll also do so to their family. Too bad the family would have to suffer too. |

And I think its fine to do, if you have a family and do that crap, you bring shame on them already. Good idea if you ask me, more of a preventative measure.
