To those who don't know Arseface is a character from the pages of Preacher, a delightful comic by Garth Ennis and Steve Dillon. Basically he's some kid who tried to kill himself with a shotgun when Kurt Cobain died and this is the result. Now, they were going to make a movie at one point and I remember seeing photos of Arseface, and that is definitely him. In conclusion, read Preacher.
