Placing fake calls to the emergency services and then attacking them with bricks/golfballs/airguns/javelins is considered a "hobby" by the scum element over here. If I had my way I'd round them all up and crash planes onto them.
I hope the guy that shot the child gets locked up for life, but I'd put money on him getting 10 years max.
