Most console game are coded in small resoloution anyway, all you're doing is blowing up an image with the same pixel count which makes it look shitty. Pc's increase the pixel count which is why games look better at higher resoloutions on pc. |

Hd's different obviously but the majority of console games are like 640x480 max.
