yeah dude, first day i went boarding this season my friend hit his head on a rail and did exactly what you described. kept asking the same questions (where am i, how did i get here, how long have i been here...etc) for over 3 hrs then he went to a hospital, and he doesnt remember any of it.
ive had a similiar occasion where i fell off a 30ft cliff 2 years ago and didnt remember it.
see the dr. dude, you could die =\
