I get that too because I don't know anything about modern American pop-metal.
Maybe you should expand your metal searches... There are some kick ass modern thrash bands that would make Anthrax/Slayer/Kreator/etc proud.[/quote:04ab9]
Hook me up - I've looking for some great Thrash-Metal bands......I like the screaming/shouting vocals, but I dislike the monster voices/grumbling....Unless it's taking the piss somewhat (a la GWAR)....
