I want to mess around with BiAs' skins and what have you, my only problem is I can't find a program thats works at opening the .utx files and I've tried at least 2 now. One of them called Dragon UnPacker 5 opened the files but none of the contnets appeared and the other one straight up didn't work.

Any help would be appreciated.
