RIP to the innocent people who just happened to be the civilian casualities in this incedent...but I still don't think the bullies have no fault. If you can say that people set themselves up to be made fun of...I cans ay they set themselves up to finally get whats coming to them, even if it was one of the most extreme ways of going about it.
