Grateful Dead - Forgot...the..song..name

God, I cant remember it. Not that you guys would know, but it constantly repeats the name Dahliah Jones (but I know thats not the name) and one part goes..

Dad made whiskey, and he made it well
But god, did it burn like hell
Dad smoked hickory..
