You could try this... it might not work. Who knows.

Extract your pak0 file into a folder somewhere. Go into a dos prompt and go to the folder where you put your stuff.

Type c:\foldername dir *.tik >tikfiles.txt

That should put a text file into your folder naming all the tik files... but then you'd have to sort out the player skins from the others, and so on. Dunno. Hard question. Or grab a notepad and pen and write them down from in the game. It doesn't help with foreign versions though.
