I've been all over Canada really over fourteen times in my life. Last time I checked, Canadians came in every color, religious, political, lingual, philosophical, regional and economic background imaginable, so "Canadian" is no more a race than "American,","Floridian", "Oklahoman." So anything you have to say about the people of the United States would come off as being hypocritical.
The fact that Television and Beer were mentioned as pros/cons between the countries, only shows me how original and intelligent most of you are....rolleyes: If this continues, this thread will be locked and we'll have a general rule about silly nationalist and/or sterotypical comments.
A nation or a single American/Canadaian/Australian/whatever can't take responsibility for the actions of some or circumstantial problems.
So Maple, my advice to you( in this situation and any other unless your intelligence merits otherwise ) is to consider yourself an individual before a Canadian and not worry what someome does just because they fall in your place of origin's border.
