I think the courts did the reasonable thing. The motives of her husband and parents do not carry much weight, but Mrs. Schiavo’s right to die is just as important as the right to live. I believe the Bush brothers, especially the President is a hypocrite. They can cut programs that help the living, support the slaughter of thousands in warfare, but act sanctimoniously when talking about this one case.Thank God we have courts and legislators to balance the power of the executive branch.
