I've heard a lot about this, and read quite a few articles.
From an outsider, both sides seem a little messed up.
On one you have the President of Mexico basically saying that there should be no problem if his own Citizens want to cross over into the US illegially.
On the other side we have people who want to protect their own country and probably moreso their jobs, so we have them patrolling the border. It isn't the job of the citizens to really patrol the border. What happens when they spot someone? They say they call border patrol, but should we think that some other form of action could be taken by these people? I've also heard that some of them are armed. Thats an international incident waiting to happen.
