The difference is that Jesus conquered death, no one else has. Jesus was killed, entombed and returned to life. He had living witnesses at the time that were murdered because they could not deny what they knew to be true. What they had seen with thier eyes and touched with thier hands. That is a true fact (and documented by the secular historian Josephus).

Noone was there when all our atoms were spewed out of stars millions of years ago. That is called a theory.
