I try both ways and nothing happen ...what am I doing wrong??

type ..callvote kick .....(name) and nothing just all the words appear on the screen for everyone to read.

and the other one ...type status and nothing ,press enter and just the word status appear on the screen for everyone to see .

Help Im tired of morons that cheat or dont follow the rules I want to kick them M16:
