2. Shattered Orbital, Cheek, Nose (All on the right side)

How: 1. Playing Basketball
2. Automobile Accident

When: 1. Err, like 96 I think
2. August 2004

edit: i have a picture of me before i had my surgery, I won't show my whole face but you can see how fuked my eye was. PM for pics
