technically, yes I am slightly over weight at the moment, I am really over weight while in my weight training though, I usually pack on up to an extra 20 pounds in muscle when in peak training times.(its muscle though, so it doesn't look like "fat" I am no where near comatose, or butters tubby/lubby status though... thank god. oOo:
