Wow... just wow. This has to be the scariest music i've ever heard in my life. It's a one track album (the track is 74 mins long) by mike patton, and the concept behind it is being concious while having surgery done on you.. it's pretty fucked. Some of the parts literally scare the shit out of me. Shit everywhere.
