I started there @ $8.00 an Hr. Ive been there for 4 years now and Make $9.21
I was told this position was an upgrade with benefits, pay increase etc....then found out it isnt. So I got a mexican promotion, more duties, responsibilities, same pay. My last two yearly raises have been 14 cents and 17 cents, because for my position I already make too much so the max raise is like 3 % or 17 cents.....
so no.....
It is nice having a set schedule in retail and not working weekends though... dance:
