are you saying Canada does not have gangs? You should clean the sand out of your ears, you head has been burried in the sand too long. I have never had a problem with gangs and I have grown up in the Detroit area all my life, thats not to say there are no gangs in Detroit it is just I have never had a problem with any. From what I understand Toronto is filled with gangs but Id imagine if you are smart you know where to go and where not to go. It is the same in every large city in the world, there are places you go and places you dont
