Well I need a new phone, but not a new plan and phones are EXPENSIVE through cingular retailers... so...
How exactly does buying a phone off ebay work and getting it configured..
Can I buy any phone that is locked on cingular and just put my sim card into it? What exactly is a sim card and are they universal through phone brands? I tried searching google but didnt pull up anything useful. Thanks..
