I probably wouldn't "bitch" if the US government kept itself to itself and stopped interfering with other people's countries (starting wars, covertly overthrowing governments etc). Herr Bush's actions have an effect on millions of people around the globe, and that's why people outside of the US "bitch" about him, and your government.
