Does anyone remember the show like the Smurfs but they were Under-Water elv-things with Snorkels..

DOES ANYONE REMEMBER THAT SHOW THAT NINTENDO MADE!? It had Characters from Nintendo games that used to cruise around in a big monster truck.....I CAN'T REMEMBER THE NAME!
