I have never had to retype it in every time mine will write to the unnamedsoldier.cfg file just like fps 1 and that's it..btw this does not make your fps go faster it only allows the meter to show what you are actually running kind of like if you car speedo had a little tab stopping the dial on 55 and you removed it
