omg your an op and you don't EVEN know why he was an OP hahahahah learn something about mIRC
Chanserv sometimes leaves the chat and if Strik0r is fast enough he can disconnect and reconnect before chavserv gets back, making him the only one in the chat so now he is an OP
It is simple really
