Instead of thinking about all the negativity in each culture think of the positive aspects. e.g. A mexican takes you job. Think on the bright side, if they were not here we wouldn't have tacos and burritos. Italian extorts money from you? They did bring pasta and pizza to the new world. etc etc etc
