lol. It's chicken breast, simmered in a cheese/cream of chicken sauce, with just like regular noodles on the side and peas. You can put the cream of chicken sauce on the noodles. It's frickin' awesome! Not the most healthy of meals, but I've been on this damn diet for 4 months now and didn't mind a little break.
